I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard - phone screen with HR, followed by a phone interview with hiring manager and than an on site with about 6 different people.
What was not standard was how responsive and communicative HR was throughout the process. I was updated throughout the process (took about 4 weeks from my in person to get an offer) and my emails were responded to which doesn't happen everywhere!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft
Interview
I applied online and then was contacted by a recruiter who set up a short phone screen with me. After, I was immediately given an assignment that I had a few days to do. After sending it back, I heard back the same day and then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The final step was a video interview (3, 30 minute sessions with three people). They said I would hear back "very soon" and then it took about a week and a half to hear I did not get the job.
Besides the final decision taking longer than expected, the process was smooth and the recruiters/people I spoke with were very friendly.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft
Interview
The whole process lasted about 6 weeks:
1) Phone screening
2) Written test project
3) Marketing manager phone interview
4) On-site interview with the team (4 interviews in total, it all lasted more than 2 hours)
HR and Recruiting Department was always very involved and followed up, even when they didn't have an exact answer. This is very much appreciated.
I got disqualified in the final phase of the interview process, just me and another candidate in the final run.
