I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lyft
Interview
I had a R4R recruiter reach out to me. We spoke on a call. He kept saying he was getting more roles in for sourcing and was checking with the team. I told him I was open to both recruiting and sourcing since Ive done both and have 5+ years experience. Things went silent. About a month later he said someone else would reach out- they never did so I reached out to that person. She told me another R4R recruiter would be in touch and a few weeks later no one ever reached out to me. She went to check in and asked if the third R4R ever got in touch with me. I told her no and it was radio silence. This R4R team is turning away talent by not being good at their job esp since THEY reached out to me.
I am curious to know if someone from their HR or TA team will reply to this to learn more information.
