Process literally took 4 months to finalize with a retracted offer. My resume sat on the desk of the hiring director for at least 2 weeks before he even looked at it. Never have I ever had a job process look into your confidential SF-86 paperwork and then pull back their offer without even submitting you. Never has that happened except here. Didn't even submit the forms for adjudication, just spat it back after 3 revisions for tiny flaws/opinions and was out.
