I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc. (Chantilly, VA) in Mar 2017
Interview
M.C Dean attended a career fair at my school. I scheduled an interview the day after, it was mostly behavioral and then a few days later I received an invitation for their on-site interview day. It was a two day event where we networked and met with some of the higher-ups. Two weeks later, I got my offer letter. Everyone was welcoming and really nice.
