The hiring interview process when I was hired in 2003, was very seamless. You had an interview with a recruiter either by phone or in person and then they would filter the good from the bad and then if you were accepted by the recruiter then you recieved an interview with the hiring manager and then if that person wanted you, you were hired. ~ simple
