I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc. (Ban Som Phone) in Nov 2018
Interview
The process was disjointed and inconsistent. Throughout four telephone interviews, I was asked pretty standard interview questions. However, the job description seemed to change during each interview. This leads me to believe that the position did not truly exist, and they were just looking for ideas, or they genuinely didn’t know what they wanted/needed.
Other issues include, the company being late for phone calls, not having the proper members of the company (hiring manager) on the line for the call, and expecting unlimited flexibility with interview times while they are slow to follow up.
I would not recommend this company based on the interview. Though the salary discussed was fair and they claimed to offer an amazing position, the truth did not seem to match their promises. A quick look through their employee reviews should confirm this.
