I applied through college or university. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc. (Pittsburgh, PA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Met at a career fair, and was offered an on campus interview at my school. Just understand your resume and talk about it. The people are very nice, after doing the on campus interview, they will have an on site interview where they fly you out to their main headquarters. You'll be there and meet with people of each department.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc. in Aug 2012
Interview
I received and phone interview from the requiter which was like a filling out process. Later I received and in person enter view request. I met with 3 project managers for the interview. Those went well the only bad thing at the time is that require you to relocate for every project that are assigned to. If you are single and like to travel that works for you but if you have a family this could end you marriage because you will never be home and you loose that connection with you children.
