I applied for the position on Handshake and received a call for screening a few days later. I spoke to the director and then one other person. I was actually given two roles to choose from which was amazing because I got to pick exactly what I was interested in which is Employee Relations. I received a verbal offer within a week. The written offer took about a month, but they were extremely busy when I got hired which I personally understand and was patient for. Their recruiting effort has also been improved since I got hired.
