I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc. (Sterling, VA) in May 2013
Interview
One on one interview. It mostly was a behavioral interview. They wanted to know if I was a team player and was in taking a lot of crap at the job. Make sure you negotiate your salary at the beginning and stay high. They rarely give more than 2% raise a year, if any. Do NOT think you'll be different. They may try to make you feel you are special and you'll have a lot of room to grow. It's a lie. They're just getting you in, and while you are, they will do their best to keep you in. Stock for eternity!!!!!
