I applied online. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc. (Remo, VA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Virtual, around one hour. In the recruitment video it says that you'll get a call from a recruiter for 15 minutes and then teams will reach out, but for some reason that first step didn't happen and i started off with a team interview. friendly people, light hearted, basic questions. hosted on microsoft teams. zero weird/uncomfortable/concerning personal questions or suspicious questions like marital status, age, hobbies, medical history, etc.
Interviewer was very nice and personable. Especially with the questions (which were all behavioral) he made sure I understood them and really seemed like he wanted to get to know me.
