Went through one round they ghosted me for a month, made me re interview, then follow up with 2 more interviews then ghosted me after saying they will get back in 3 days. Completely unprofessional I followed up with multiple people and got no declining offer.

Completed a brief phone screen, then longer interview with two employees and filled out a pre-security clearance background check. Pretty casual interview and I learned a lot about the company. However, my interviewers didn't seem entirely engaged and one was late. Did not feel very connected to the company and got the feeling they were just going through the motions for this position. Felt rushed when I wanted to ask questions. Ultimately disappointing as they never got back to me about the interview nearly 4 months later.
