I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at M.C. Dean, Inc.
Interview
The Interview process was fairly quick and smooth, consisting of two zoom interviews. Standard "Stars" questions with some free time at the end for personal questions about job/company. My particular interview was vague because it was a new contract awarded with zero previous experience, so job requirements/location were vague. If I had to speculate they were staffing before awarded contract. Which is fine but also couldn't give an exact "start date". I got the job. Ended up being 3 months post interview, which was annoying.
