Consisted of 3 interviews. 1st phone. 2nd Teams interview with Manager. 3rd would be on site and a test on full proficiency in P6. For some reason, they had this position posted as a mere Project Controls Analyst when it was obvious after the 2nd interview that they wanted an Expert level P6 Scheduler. They should have been honest and upfront about the position, not disguise it as a more entry level role. I think they wanted to see if they could get a Master P6 Scheduler for cheap. Not very ethical and wasted both mine and the company's time.
