M.C. Dean, Inc. interview questions

I gotta say that they are very nice people but somehow they are so nice to turn people down. I thought I got an offer since the interviewer made it sound like he had already assigned me a group to work with and he told me that we will have a meeting via teams. But it turned out 2 weeks later they decided to move on with other candidates.
