M.C. Dean, Inc. interview questions

Skype call. I was asked basics and what I worked on previously and how long. I was told about what company does, how development processes are set. We discussed salary. We talked about office, hardware, software. I asked about business trips. Where company's office is situated.

The interview process went throughout the day and involved upper level personnel to establish a solid opinion of the company which one might begin to work for. All personnel were very passionate about the company's future and very interested in the person they were interviewing. There is adequate time for questions and answers as they encourage feedback from the interviewee.
