Phone interview, online screening, in-person interview. The process was average, but even after several emails and phone calls, I never heard back from the hiring manager. It has been well over a month so I figure this is their way of telling candidates they did not get the position.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at M3 USA in Oct 2018
Interview
Weirdly Intense for a pretty basic job. A phone interview. 4 Assessments. 2 sets of in person interviews. 1 interview with the CEO. The phone interview was fine. In person was oddly paced with a project manager and a coordinator explaining the position with only one question asked for me. The second was with a Director who asked 2 basic questions. When I asked about company culture after seeing reviews online, she looked confused before rambling about it being supportive.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at M3 USA (Fort Washington, PA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Average difficulty. Phone screening with HR, on-site interview, and phone call with director. However, never heard back from hiring manager even after multiple follow-up emails. They could at least send a generic "thank you but we've chosen another candidate" email instead of completely ghosting. Not entirely professional.
