Was headhunted on LinkedIn and invited to have a chat, which I prepared for and was a nice chat with one of the team members. After the call I had to complete a personality and logic reasoning/intelligence test which took about 30 minutes. After completing this, I received a standardised email stating I was not selected and they couldn't provide specific feedback due to volume. This is a bit disappointing after being pressed to complete the tests ASAP and spending over 1.5 hours in prep for interview and doing the tests.
