Apps round followed by HR and then Manager round. If we cleared the three rounds, they will call and provide details for completing application form, followed by medical test. Then you will receive the offer letter with compensation details. If you are selected for the night shift process you will get the details about that in offer letter. Because they are paying 250/day if you are working in night shift
