long & not very clear due to constant re - org happening every 6months. if the role approval is tr it may work fast else it is long. overall its good company if you do not want much.

Case study would be related to what you will be doing in the role. For me, it was a capital budgeting case study. During the interview, interviewers will challenge your knowledge of the case study and your calculations.
