I was contacted by the HR representative immediately after I submitted my application. They asked to do a cognitive and personal assessment. Two days after, I was invited to meet the manager and VP of the department (without the HR representative). The interview was quite informal. I was not asked to repeat cognitive and personal tests again and the results of those were never brought up during the interview. We spoke for approx. one hour. A lot of standard questions (where do you see yourself in 5 years, your weaknesses) etc. Mostly we talked about the department and the position. One week after the interview I contacted the HR and got no response, at the end of another week I contacted the manager (and got no response) and a couple of weeks later, I got the message from the HR saying that decision has not been made. In the end, no offer and no feedback. P.S. It's probably just a single case since I heard a lot of nice feedback from other people (about the recruitment process)
