Received request to take two tests shortly after I applied. Approx. a week later I then had a phone interview with an HR person in Bulgaria. It was sometimes very difficult to understand what the person was saying due to her accent. Also, someone laughed out loud during the call, which made me wonder whether the speakerphone was on. She told me that I was a good match for the job in question and would pass my application on to the hiring manager. Three weeks later I received a mail stating that my application was still in process and that they would get back to me as soon as possible. 1.5 months have gone by since then and I still haven't heard back. This is extremely unprofessional.
