I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MAERSK (Pune) in Feb 2013
Interview
Initial communication process was a good experience. The HR reaches out to you and ensures that your convenience is accomodated as far as possible.
There is a psychometric analysis which is carried out to check for your capability profiling.
Once done, you have a face-to-face with the process anchors, who then base your expertise, and then subsequently HR rounds this up with final face to face ( mostly all on the same day)
If you have certain niche skill sets, you could negotiate for your salary with the HR, who acts as the interface between the Business process and the employee.
They do take their recruitment very seriously, and all attempts are made to ensure that the right person is recruited for the job.

The psychometric test of about 30 -40 minutes is the most interesting part which covers an range of questions. The results, sadly, are not shared with the employees.
They are seeking everything I am more than qualified however, I am not selected for the job that I interviewed for. It seems as though they already have whomever will be selected for the job, they just want to complete the interview with the ones who already applied.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MAERSK (Singapore) in Sep 2023
Interview
I got interview from Maersk Singapore. There are usually 3 rounds:
1/ HR approach (usually via whatsapp). HR is either in Malaysia or Singapore. She/He will arrange a call for resume briefing and some basic questions.
2/ If you're in the shortlist, another HR contacts via whatsapp to arrange 2nd virtual interview with Hiring Manager plus another HR.
3/ If you're successful, same or another HR will contact you for final round with Manager of Hiring Manager plus Senior HR or HR Manager. It will be conducted virtually or in-person depending on arrangement.
I answered well but didn't get the offer. First round takes 30 mins and the HR quite nice. The 2nd one was supposed to be in 1hr but before starting, the HM said wanna finish with 30mins because nothing much to ask. It makes me feel like they got chosen person already. I got into 3rd round as well but in the end I was informed that I wasn't chosen 😂. Overall, the interview questions are easy for me but depending on HM likes you or not 😂
Interview was not too bad. Some questions are basic and some are more challenging to see how you are as a person and how you would deal with different situations
