I applied online and was sent a link after a few days to do the interview. It was psychometric reasoning tests. I practised for the tests but I still couldnt finish them on time. I didnt like the fact that they used those tests to interview candidates. They got back to me after some months but my instincts had me convinced already that I had not passed.
