After completing two online assessments, I had a (short-notice) interview with the Recruiter. At the end of the conversation, she informed that I should expect another remote interview, this time with the Hiring Manager, which would happen by the following week. However, this second interview never happened. After several weeks of waiting with no response from their side, I received a straightforward automatic rejection from the recruitment system. No further information or feedback was provided. As candidate experience, I found this unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely not how you treat job seekers, specially those who reach the interviewing step.
