Aptitude and Reasoning Test- because its very difficult to answer all the questions within 12 minutes only. Because this test contains questions relating to Maths (Numeric), Reasoning, GK, English Grammar etc.

Interview
3 series of interviews - first two were questionnaires and personality / logic assessments. They gave me the wrong assessment on the second interview, and requested I come in again to redo it. I said no, and they countered by offering to fly me to a panel interview in Cape Town for the third and final stage of the interview process. I was given an offer 30 minutes after the third interview.
