Phone screening, 1st interview about 15 mins, 2nd interview about 45-60 mins, final interview about 15 mins. Too much interviewing process. However, you get to know in detail what you will be doing in your daily task in the position.

They asked me to explain how my dissertation topic relates to the role I’m applying for and what practical impact it could have in the industry.
-1st round interview with HR , about 30 mins
-2nd round interview with Dept Manager, it takes 60-90 mins, depend on the sharing experience and main task of previous position (if any)
It was a two step interview process. I located the job on LinkedIn and was contacted within a few weeks. I did have to continue to follow up because HR is outsourced. Once I spoke with the recruiter, she connected me with my director and then I had another interview with her boss.
