They asked me to explain how my dissertation topic relates to the role I’m applying for and what practical impact it could have in the industry.
-1st round interview with HR , about 30 mins
-2nd round interview with Dept Manager, it takes 60-90 mins, depend on the sharing experience and main task of previous position (if any)
It was a two step interview process. I located the job on LinkedIn and was contacted within a few weeks. I did have to continue to follow up because HR is outsourced. Once I spoke with the recruiter, she connected me with my director and then I had another interview with her boss.
