Technical interview was about solving a problem with applying some software engineering concepts. (I think The technical interview itself is easy for experienced engineers) After the last interview, I didn't get the offer as the company sent the offer to another candidate. The candidate evaluation process by Maersk is extremely unfair. If you know someone inside Maersk before starting the interviews, there's a quite a high chance that you'll be hired regardless of how good other candidates do in interviews. I would never advise anyone to have interviews with this company unless you know someone inside. It seems that pulling the strings for someone is a big thing in this company
