Interview
First interview it was just on the phone with someone that was located in Europe, I am guessing Denmark. It was all the cliche questions (strengths, weaknesses, why do you want to work here, what can you offer, why did you want to leave your current company, salary expectations, etc.). Overall it felt very disconnected and rushed, whatever I was saying it just looked like the girl was ticking boxes as I talked. She talked very fast and you could see she was reading from a script. Never heard back from them either. Overall a very outdated interview process and didn’t make me want to work at the company at all.
Short 3 interviews, HR, language proficiency and hiring manager.
Great people, language proficiency test (Spanish).
Simple and to the point.
Follow ups made on time, reply received within 2 weeks.
Recruitment at that time was done in-house, currently outsourced
