The interview process was very chaotic to say the least. There were two interviewers and they had no clue what is the roles and responsibilities required for the position. To me it looked like that they were just filling in for someone else and was just there to do a checkmark. So there questions were very random and not related to the job description. A very sad state of affairs

Very casual and informal. Had seperate meetings with the with the global head,, followed by a meeting with the cfo and a department head. Lastly I met with the senior HR manager
