Their hiring contact emailed me in response to my application to set up an interview. Interview was very dull, HR person did not turn her camera on, so it felt unengaging. Not many questions asked about my background. They asked to work 15 hour/days on mandatory basis for first 10-12 days of the months (it was a salary position). I didn't express any objections. The hiring contact never reached back with the interview results. I followed up 14 days later, and still no response. Very unprofessional, and negative experience overall.
