First was a short HR call to understand me, my needs, and why i applied for the position. The short intro. Sencond on onsite face-to-face interview, i was asked to prepare a presentation on the software product line architecture and present it in the interview. It was not just QnA style it was deep technical discussions. I enjoyed the conversation. I was asked how I managed the introduction of new topics; if I faced hesitation from the team, how can i manage it? Discussion about the project, discussion about the roles and the company. I was also asked to ask a few questions.
