The interview was split into 3 stages. The first was the one to one interview with the counter manager. It was super relaxed and easy she asked customer service based questions. (eg, give me an example of when you had a difficult customer and made the experience positive?) they mainly ask about your previous job roles. I then had my second interview the next week where I had to bring a model and was asked to do a full face with a winged liner and red lip in 40 mins. After that there’s the one to one chat with the line manager (she just asked about my availability and my history. Finally I had my store approval whereby I once again had to tell them about my background and the manager of Debenhams had a short chat with me about the job role. Overall it wasn’t extremely intense or difficult. Just make sure you know your stuff and do a little bit of research about the company.
