MAKE UP FOR EVER Various Education Roles interview questions

Was asked on short notice to interview for a position I had thought wasn't available to me. The other person interviewing had much more time to prepare. Interview process was very informal but difficult as I wasn't told what to expect. After interview, I had to wait for a very long time to hear the results. They had to find a job for the other interviewer before they were able to release the job to me. Which didn't seem to make sense but about 2 months later they offered me the job.
