I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at MAQ Software (Bengaluru) in Sep 2015
Interview
I got interview call letter from elitmus.I had to attend this at bangaluru. I didn't expect their focus on aptitude, they had given 30 question to solve in 30 minutes. It was tricky. They had mixed numerical and logical questions beautifully which made me to fail in this round itself (results are not yet out, But I know what I did).
Immediately they gave us two questions for which we had to 'write' pseudo-code / code. Both of them were easy. of course I wrote it.
PS:Even these two rounds were also taken care by elitmus.
Suggestions : numerical questions will be on typical pipe, ratio, compound interest above average questions.
Try to finish off all logical questions first.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at MAQ Software (Noida)
Interview
It was a fairly straightforward process that included a data structures and algorithms (DSA) based live coding round followed by an HR interview. Both rounds were of medium to difficult level, but I was able to successfully clear them.
3 rounds of interview , very unprofessional interviews by the Founders. The last interview is taken by the Founder and the person was nothing but condescending , would never choose to work here, they will not re-imburse your travel expenses for the onsite interviews , that should give you a picture of the work culture there
