The invterview process is very smooth. Firstly I was contacted by the HR recruitment deperatment and I was briefed about the recruitment process. I was given the chance to select a convinent time for the next interview which was the technical interview. During the technical interview I was assessed by an engineer for my technical knowledge and work experience. An important fact to note is always follow the Situation-Task-Action-Result (STAR method) to explain your work experience during a technical interview as this will help you give the answer that the employer needs to hear. After you've passed the Technical Interview you will have to go through a brief HR interview where they ask for general questions about yourself and questions regarding the company. So be prepared for that. Learn about the company culture, what they do and their operations.
