I sent my resume to recruiter for review. The recruiter reviewed resume and said I would be a great fit for the role. My resume was forwarded to the account executive. I had a 30 minute call with the account executive to go over quantification's. The Account Executive agreed would be a great fit to the role. Contacted recruiter after 1 week, they said hiring manager still reviewing. Contacted recruiter after 2 weeks no contact, left voice message, no return call. Why would I want to work for a company that does not value my time and effort in applying for their position?
