I applied online via an ad in the classified section of a local website. I was invited to come in for an interview the next day. When I arrived, I had to fill out a paper application, and after that I was given an "integrity test" at a computer with 50+ multiple choice questions, many of them having to do with drug use and physical violence (fist fights). There were also questions related to stealing from an employer. After that, I went back to the front desk expecting to be interviewed, but I was told that the person who invited me to interview was out of the office and they would be in touch with me. Despite what I was told, I am almost certain that I saw the interviewer in her office at her desk with the door open (I looked at her Facebook profile so I know what she looks like). Very unprofessional asking someone to come for an interview and then deciding once they arrive that you don't want to speak with them. I will never apply to this company again.
