I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MCAConnect (Denver, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
I spoke with the recruiter which felt very informal, mostly just reviewing my previous work history and so forth. She was very open about what they were looking for and the process I could expect. I then spoke with two employees over the phone who did a behavioral and technical interview (30 min each). I went onsite for a final interview in which we presented a case study to the group. Overall, it was pretty easy. They will tell you what they are looking for and if they feel you can accomplish that, you should be fine. I came in for an FCoE class, so your timeline will vary depending on when you starting talking with them.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were working with someone on a team who was assigned a task and they weren't getting it done. What'd you do?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MCAConnect
Interview
Contacted by email. Phone Call with Recruiter. Technical Video Interview. Final Round Interview to evaluate how good of a consultant you may be. Overall, I enjoyed the people I met with. But they do not even notify you if you don't receive the position. I find this incredibly unprofessional to do this to a candidate who arrived to the final round. No respect to even reach out to a candidate. I have interviewed at several companies, and recruiters always make sure to treat candidates who arrived at the final round very well. I guess this is not the case at MCAConnect!
