Interview
I submitted my resume as the job was posted as a PM job for Resource. I had both PM and Resource allocation etc experience. I had a phone interview the first day after I submitted my resume it went well and I was scheduled for an in person interview with one of the Directors. There was not a lot of people in the office on that day and I was told the office has about 20 people mainly the senior leadership. The interview went well and I was excited about the position. On the next Monday I was asked to come back. I meet with two more folks. Dress was formal and I only saw two women in the office.

Question 1
Almost all that the CFO asked, he was very formal and I was caught off guard after meeting with two laid back directors. He asked about work outs -- I believe since I was six sigma he wanted Kaizen but I was so nervous from his other questions I didn't give Kaizen.
