The interview process from the time I had applied, to when I was offered the position happened within weeks. I had several phone interviews, and then a one-day interview day in CO. The first time I spoke with the recruiter about my background, it was formal, but also a down-to-earth experience and in no way was I made to feel nervous. At the end of the conversation, I was told they would follow up the next week to either continue the process, or to let me know that I wasn't going to be a good fit for this position. I was in constant communication during the whole interview process. They were accommodating to my schedule and worked it into their already busy schedules.
When I had my phone interviews (3), and face-to-face interviews (2) in the corporate office it was the same experience. The executive team did a great job of making me feel welcome and offering to tell me their histories, whether it related to business or personal experiences that led them to where they are. Their candid information gave me the background I needed on the company and the employees to answer the question, "Would this be a company I would want to be a part of?"
During the interview process, we talked about the culture of the company, the importance of work/life balance, and that the employees have a voice here. The whole process from start to finish was never made to feel stressful. They were open, accommodating, and always personable and approachable.
