One technical/personality interview over zoom with simple technical questions and broader personality questions and one in person dinner with an employee to discuss the company and further interview your personality.

Walking into mcaConnect I knew it was a traditional, "old school" business environment. No craft beers on tap or comfy, collaborative work areas. Initially, I applied and received a phone call from a recruiter to ask me a few questions, she seemed very professional and provided me with good background of what mcaConnect does. I came in for an interview and talked with most of the executives. It was refreshing to talk to most everyone in management--it showed they truly care about who they hire. Interview process was enjoyable and I received an offer letter soon after with competitive compensation.
