I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MCAConnect (Denver, CO) in Feb 2025
Interview
Began with typical recruiter screening call. Followed about a week later by a video interview with technical manager, about 30 min. Mostly discussing my technical background. About another week later with another 30 min video interview with a consulting manager to determine "consulting fit". Finally a 15-20 min presentation about a technical project I was involved in. The presentation was given to about 6-8 people which was followed by questions about the project and my experience as a whole. The final video call lasted about an hour. The whole process took about a month.
