MFour Manager interview questions

I had two in-person interviews with two members of senior staff at each. The first was primarily an assessment for fit, covering my technical experience, company workflow, how management needs relate to company growth, etc. The second was a drilldown on a few specific concerns that would need to be addressed right away by whoever filled the role. Both interviews were casual, but had enough of a focus to get across the idea that they knew what they wanted in a hire.
