MHC Engineers Mechanical Engineer Trainee interview questions

Phone interview, very brief, non-technical. Asked questions about teamwork and personal quality. The human resources manager was nice and spoke about pay and the position. The HR manager recorded the whole conversation and also responded positively to jokes and light humor. The interview lasted roughly 15 minutes and the response time to the phone interview was one and a half weeks. Prepare your answers to questions that describe your character rather than any technical ability.
