The interview process was easy! I applied on their website and got an invitation for a phone interview within a few days. The recruiter on the phone was very friendly and we had a short conversation about my qualifications, the job requirements, and answering my questions. We scheduled an in-person interview during the same call, which I’ll be attending this week. Hopefully I will get the job!

Recruiter on the phone for the first interview was pleasant and professional, but the same cannot be said for Marta at the Longwood location. She was late, failed to introduce herself, didn't offer a handshake upon meeting, She was obviously exasperated with interviewing all day, and it showed. Asked basic questions that a competent interviewer would have read in my one-page resume. Didn't ask me if I had any questions at the end of the meeting. Barely discussed the actual role, what the company offered, or what the branch did other than emphasizing a heavy focus on meeting loan expectations. Mind you, this is a part time teller position so it is the most entry level position possible. I get the impression that the company already made their decision, and they were simply meeting their obligation of attending the scheduled interview.
