Generally, HR will reach out and conduct a light screening. Next there is a STAR behavioral interview, 3-4 rounds with executive directors, peers in a group setting and 1:1 with VPs. The final round is with the hiring executive.

Several rounds of behavioral interviews - STAR format. Maybe 10-12 interviews - 1:1 as well as many to one style interviews. Pleasant but to the point. Panel interviews were friendly and focussed on leadership style. No real questions around actual job profile and responsibilities.
