First round of interviews was just a quick virtual screening, they say 15-30 minutes, mine took about 20. Just basic questions like why you are interested in a job at MITRE and how you found the job. After this they want me to do a 20 minute presentation on a technical topic of my choice. I have yet to do this, so I don't know about an offer yet.
