The process consisted of two separate video interviews with senior level employees. The interviews focused on my knowledge pertaining to technology they currently use. As an indicator of my skillset and knowledge, I was given a technical project to complete independently and supply them with a completed solution and description of work. The final phase is a video discussion about the project.
