I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MLM Home Improvement (Washington, DC) in Jul 2020
Interview
3 part process. First a recruiter then a second in house recruiter and finally the sales manager. The sales manager seemed to want to tell me what I wanted to hear to get me to come onboard. Make sure you ask a lot of follow up questions and don't get sold.

I applied online. I interviewed at MLM Home Improvement (Chantilly, VA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Amazing. Nick/Matt answered all questions and gave all honesty with their answers. Can’t say anything negative. Thank you for taking the time and effort. Can’t wait for this opportunity! I strongly advise anybody that wants a successful career to push there way in the door and get an interview with MLM. For me I suggest having a little knowledge of sales to have the mindset of this job. Lots of money/people to help.
